Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

  • Our designer Kim Van Loo lives in Australia, but we ship your orders out of her USA warehouse.  We work hard to ship your orders to you ON TIME.

  • We ship from our Nashville TN warehouse within 48 hours of receipt of your order & payment.  

  • We ship all packages by standard postage within the states & territories of USA, via United States Postal Service.  If you spend $100 or more, postage is FREE, purchases under $100 are charged $10 postage & handling.

  • Delivery times are dependent on your location in relation to our Nashville TN warehouse, and estimates can be found on USPS website.

AUSTRALIA

       If you live in Australia and wish to shop our collection, we now have fantastic international shipping rates so that you can shop on this USA site and our warehouse will send it directly to you from USA.  If the cost of international postage is too high, you also have the option to make your selections on this website, and then email the designer Kim to ask her to ship them out in one of her weekly USA shipments for you.  Click here to email Kim.

 

RETURNS 

  • We want you to be completely happy with your linen goodies, so if you change your mind about an item purchased, or have ordered the wrong size, and need to return your item purchased, we will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that its returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all the labels still attached.

  • If you have received a rare reject item, please email the designer Kim directly with the details, so that she can make sure that it is resolved with a replacement or a refund.  Click here to email.
  • NO returns accepted on SALE items.
  • Please include this returns form with the item that you are returning to us.

  • Please mail the returned item to our Nashville TN mailing address below.

  • Please mail with a trackable signature confirmation service, as no refunds or exchanges can be honored without receipt of returned items.

  • We gladly accept returns and exchanges on our clothing within 31 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to back to the credit card or PayPal account you used to make your purchase, within 10 business days.

  • Unfortunately costs associated with the return of the item are non-refundable, but we will honor our FREE shipping within the USA on exchanged items that we mail back out to you.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be honored within 10 days of receipt of your returned items, providing the items are received in accordance with our returns policy.

  • The refund will be returned to you via the exact same method of payment you used to make your original purchase.  You will receive acknowledgement of your refund via email.

  • All return shipping costs are for the cost of the customer.

EXCHANGES

  • We are happy to exchange your purchase for another style, size, or color subject to availability.

  • Exchanges can take up to 10 working days to process.

  • We will accept up to one exchange per order. 

  • If you wish to return the exchanged item we will happily issue a refund, providing the returned item meets our Returns Policy.

  • All return shipping costs are for the cost of the customer.
